Unless I'm misreading things, even with 6 days of auction action still to go, he stands to pocket a cool million pounds according to the highest bid. I don't see how his "life" is worth anything approaching that kind of amount.

Hi there,

Being from Australia and knowing the price of real estate in Perth this is possibly a good buy. Mind you the concept of selling everything and leaving with your passport and cash sounds like an adventure. And by today's standards living an adventure, worthwhile doing, does not come around easy.
