Agreed! This is a very rough example made no earlier than 1965 based on its styling. It's hard to tell whether it's a Medium or Large by the dimensions provided, and based on the repairs needed I feel the price is too high. A potential buyer is looking at another $75-$100 minimum to restore the knits properly, on top of the purchase price. The patch is cool, but there are others out there and would probably be more accurate if sewn on an earlier-vintage jacket.
