L-2B on ebay shrunk?

It looks like this jacket has been washed and shrunk due to the way the sleeves are puuled up at the cuffs, and the inside pic of the liner. What do you guys think?

I agree that it looks a bit off. My experience has been that the lining material shrinks quite a bit with machine washing, and it appears to be the case here.
