Jungle or Boonie Hat / British? Australian? Zew Zealand?

Picked this up yesterday for a buck. It's Broad arrow proof marked, dated 1966, and the maker is Sanders & Brightman, I can't find anything on this except a couple of New Zealand Special Forces wearing a very similar cap in Vietnam.
