I believe thats the spec that the catalog W&G from the mid 1990s used. I had one and IIRC it was US Authentic that made them.

N383S 39943 is a correct contract number, but it's for Star Sportswear.

I do think that this is a W&G repro. The goat on the one I had was really nice. The fit was crazy.
