I dunno David. That jacket appears to have pockets. No pockets inside a B-9.

Nope. Doesn't make sense to wear a B-9 inside out, and if it were a B-9, there'd be mouton clearly visable on the outside of the hood.

Not sure what it is, but I've seen several photos of guys in Alaska wearing them. Possibly a private purchase item.
