How do you get rid of hangar storage wrinkles in shoulders ?

Have a few jackets that have those dimples at the shoulder seams from being on hangars for too long . Need to get them out. Ideas?

Wear them.

Also when not wearing, ball it up and throw in the floor of your closet. Then pick it up, wear it again. Then ball it up differently, throw on floor of closet.

At least that's how I treat my leathers.

This plus wear it in all weathers, wear it doing chores, wear it all the time ....it's what they are for.

I try to wear them as often as possible, but you know what it's like when you might have a few jackets you very rarely have occasion to wear and they just linger there, on hangars...in your closet. Anyways, the one jacket I have in mind is light suede and I was thinking there was a way to "spot treat" it
