Looking at the German site https://www.original-fliegerjacken.de/ I can't seem to save the GIF images of the Aero B3 Arktis in the sale section or the brown ELC Luftwaffe jacket. The images just come up invisible on my desktop ?
The Aero made Arado Luftwaffe jacket is also interesting.

thanx

I'd be interested in knowing how to save those too, but I suspect that they are security-protected against saving anyways. Its funny that they have far nicer photos of Aeros products than aero themselves have on their own site.

I like those jackets also. But with the weak pound, I think I'll have to wait.
BTW The owner, Ingo [Paden] is a member here so may be able to help.

I like the fact that you can even see the hair follicle pores in the close ups !

It's staggering Aero UK don't invest in professional photography, it must of cost them hundreds of thousands of pounds in lost revenue since the internet took off.

The brown Luftwaffe leather appears to be the dark brown aniline horse Eastman use on the A2 star.
Strange Eastman don't offer it themselves ?

For my sins I have to use a mac, but it does let me get a screen-grab - command/shift/4 lets you drag a marquee across the
area you want a snapshot of. This saves to the desktop as a png but it can be re-saved as a jpeg in Photoshop etc. I'm really sorry, I don't know if you use Windows and whether it will do the same thing. :?

I completely agree that Aero's website, considering the very high quality of their goods, is such a poor showcase.

I have a feeling Aero mainly sell to the trade and so probably market at trade shows. Their photos aren't that good and they only show one view.
Could the leather be the Vintage HH ?

To grab the images (in Firefox)

Open the page, then on the browser menu bar:
- Tools > Page Info
- Once that window opens > click the media tab to view available images
- highlight the one you want and click "Save As" to download it
- Bobs' your Uncle

Unless you use complex Javascript together with CSS these days, you can easily get around the "no right click" feeble code that's out there.

Hope it helps.

OK, thanx. You have to do the above on the enlarged image URL posted into another browser window.

Or you could hit the "Print Scrn" key and paste into Paint, PaintShop or similar application and trim the picture to your desired size.

Hi,

Does anybody know who the manufacturer is of the "M 422A "Military" U.S. Navy-Fliegerjacke" on the original-fliegerjacken.de site?
