I guess it's a 70's USN HGU-33 ou 34/P helmet: APH-6 style cover for double visor, USN style adhesive straps and scratch for distress lamp, and it seems that the shell would be also a Navy PRK-37 model. I never seen such double visor on these helmets.

I saw that style visor at Sigonella NAS Siciliy, back in the 90's in a P-3 Squadron room. they had a rack of em for spares, reflective tape and all. I tried to trade for one but no joy. Can't recall if they had the MBU-12/P bayonets or just a mike mount. Great find for 30 bones...
