But too closely identified with Cruise/WOTW so that people might say or think "Tom Cruise!" - or you think enough time has passed so that people will no longer associate it with the film?

Its a pretty cool jacket. I have had people make top gun comments when I wear my G-1

I don't think there's any danger of me being mistaken for Tom cruise ! I ain't that fugly :lol:

True, movie was pants but like so many movies, the jackets were better than the plot !

I think it's too long in the waist. for me, it should be shorter.

but it's a cool looking jacket either way. Kinda 70's but not totally

If you want a WAR OF THE WORLDS jacket I'd go for one of these instead...sorry I don't have a better pic of the leather one.
