help ID a motorcycle jacket

Help ID this motorcycle jacket...

It belongs to my friend who's dad bought it right out of the navy in 53-54. Bought it in Portland area and had it relined in the late 80's so the tag's lost...

Crown Zipper main, talon sleeves.

snaps for a fur collar too.

Looks like a perfecto to me, but the half belt doesn't have the holes in it. Langlitz just said it wasn't theirs.

any thoughts?

Pics too small for me to tell what it is...but never heard of a Perfecto with a crown zipper....

Excelled? Although Excelled used Robin zips in the ones I have seen.

Hi perfectos always had pvc up the cuffs vents and inside the rear of the back of the jacket .The plain back is most unusual .I am not sure what it is, could be a custom leather house fabrication .
