German leather jacket

what do you think about this jacket is from the WW2 or post-war period? It is obvious to me that this jacket is a civilian model, but it is interesting to know the period of its production.

Pre-1945 for sure. 100% legit and original.

The address on the tag has been reduced into dust and droplets during the Feb. 1945 allied bomb raids.
