G1 Fur collar and elastic replacement

Hello, I have work to be done on a G1 Star Sportswear 17823D, replacing the collar fur and changing the bi swing elastic.
I found a tailor here in France who would need some information to get started on the job.
1 what parts need to be dismantled to change the collar fur?
2 what part of the lining must be unstitched to access the elastic(s) of the bi swing?

Its a 250 Euro plus shipping ( back and forth ) job..
Incl. all original parts ..and it will be according all original specs.. Nobody will even see its a retrofit/repair..
Sure your “ guy “ will be lower in cost… but??

I've got a part from our friend @Pilot on Tuesday and I gotta tell ya, that the package not only has been really good and fast delivered, but also, that the material's quality is better off than I've expected.
Definitivelly I recomend him!!
Now, is gonna start the second challenge, transform that piece of fur into a collar

I finally chose a seamstress near me who had experience with leather jackets and who guaranteed me that the jacket would be remade as original.
I just got it back, she changed the knits, the fur on the collar and the 4 elastics on the bi-swing. She asked me for 110 euros and I am very happy with the result.

No i did not, I had forgotten to give instructions and the tailor threw them away. I got the fur collar back.

I have an original Star G-1 Jacket, I would have been grateful for some original knits for that Jacket. Too bad.
