Yes, a 1960 contract ... they were Los Angeles based makers of civilian jackets. I have a C1950 suede sports coat in the closet, with a great label.

Correct, 1960 only. The G-1's are a larger roomier fit than many other G-1 makers. I own a size 44 Cal Sports G-1 and it fits like a 46. I owned and later sold another Cal Sports 44, same roomy fit.

I have been fortunate to own five CA Sports in sz 44 and they were all great jackets. Supper roomy for their stated size and very long sleeves. You can see three of them here:
