G1 (ca. 1969) Mouton Collar Question

Wondering about whether the collar is Mouton or not. Seems to be around the time things started changing with the use of nylon materials. Color of the collar is black, but wondered if the variations in color for the mouton collars included either black or very dark brown, hard to tell. Any thoughts on this one ? Picture to follow -

Based on the time frame and color of the collar, I'd say it was most likely a Dynal collar, instead of wool.

Most likely dynal. The real give-away is if the black has a sort of dusty, charcoal-y quality to its coloration, as that's what tended to happen to dynal collars with time.

Thanks much. Beautiful jacket for sure, but definitely prefer the wool for wearing around
