Everything looks correct, but the street/number is missing, and it would usually be written as Valence sur Baise.

The Code Postale shows that it is an area near Valence sur Baise; it is possible that putting just his name and "Grenade" (perhaps the name of his house, farm, or whatever) may be OK. But as has been stated, usually you need a street and house number.
