Isnt that from one of our members? I seem to remember seeing those exact same photos upwards of a year ago. The black version doesn't do it for me really, though I love the look of the brown horsehide model.

The black dye wore off on mine to leave a really nice patina. So you could go for a black one and let time take its course.

How's the fit of this type compared to the Hartmann? I presume there'd be more differences than the pockets/zips?
