Differences between USAF heavy flying trousers

Hello,
I've been looking for D-1A trousers to match my N-2A jacket.

I have read it would be a correct match but then there is A-11C that looks like the same to me as D-1A. My question is, is there differences in the design? Can't really find any info on it. May be my lacking search abilities..

A-11C match B-15C , in both OD color and AF Blue color.

I don’t think there,s much difference. I do know that the B-10 jacket was issued with the A-11 trousers.

These were a welcome change from the heavy B-3 and A-3 leather fleece lined outfits.

Does anyone know why it took almost to the end of the war for the A-6 sheep lined boots to be fitted with bailout straps?

I'd like to know if there are differences of sorts like different pockets and such in D-1 and A-11 models. I haven't seen them for comparison but they look alike on the internet but it puzzles me if they are practically the same and they have completely different names..
