Did original A-2 of Werber 33, 39 pattern have AAF Insignia?

Hi folks,
yesterday i noticed that my Werber 33-1729 of ELC has no AN-Inspection Stamp and AAF wing and star insignia on the lining, and also no AAF insignia on the back side of windflap.
So i just wanna know, whether all original A-2 jackets of Werber 33-1729 and 39-2951P had no AN-Inspection Stamp and AAF wing and star insignia on the lining? Because the designation of Army Air Forces did not exist until it superceded the designation of Army Air Corps on June 21, 1941.

Lee, no stamps would be correct on an early contract like the Werber. There's a note about stamps etc. at the bottom of this page at Acme Depot ....

But i still didn't find any detail about when the AN-Inspection Stamp and AAF Insignia first time appeared on the A-2 jackets.
