CREATING DECAL PATCHES WHEN I GET BORED WITH PAINTING

This artists patches just came up at the bay, I have seen his work over the years, probably one of the finest patch artist that I have seen. I am guessing but this guy was painting around the 1960's. Anyway made a decal on leather, with some paint applied, a matt top coat and then heat pressed, which gives that decal on fabric texture on the surface.
