Hello members,I have a black and white zerox copy of the emblem design for the 8th Combat Cargo Squadron and am in need of the colors for this emblem, it was an "Unofficial" design so It's not carried in the books by the USAAF History center etc .
The design is of a round background with the 5th AAF emblem, over the emblem centered is a cartoon Pelican bird facing to the left, in his beak dangling from a rope is a cargo box .
The unit was assigned to the 2nd Combat Cargo Group , I can not find any sites so far that have the emblem shown or it's colors so any help appreciated !!!!!!!!
