Yup, chitchat does pieced leather patches, you can message him.
He does a killer CBI in two versions, the standard shield and what I call the badge shield.(it's the one in the middle)

I pretty much will buy any CBI, repro or original if the price is right.
The most difficult to find are the ones with the metal sun and star.(second from the left, middle row)
