Can anyone I.D. these jeans?

I noticed they have a crotch rivet, no belt loops, buckle-back and one rear pocket with exposed rivet. Can anyone tell me around what year these are from and who may have worn them?

Got the canvas work pants in and they are a flawless example of 1900-1920's design. A rivet is missing from the back pocket and a flake of black enamel is missing from the buckle. I'll get some pictures up soon. They are very high waisted.
