Too many A-2s... and for a time it was a personal challenge. I opened it to show VLJ before I went to Afghanistan, in case I got knocked. It would still be in the box otherwise...

So is it safe to say that you didn’t get knocked, even just a lil’ bit?

No....Never said that.

I just got busy and was away when it arrived. The packaging is cool and figured pristine is bset!

The grain was very evident in the post and website pics that shaped the buy. Softest A-2 I have ever held. Belies the goat construction...

The reference was that it was too grainy for art. I was going to get art on an ATF duffel but it wouldn't have held...

The FiveStar Dubow would be a better option for the next artwork..

To be frank, Aero Leather Clo. in Scotland made only inaccurate repro flight jackets of USAAF und USN, they have strange pattern and its details are hardly historically authentic, I personally would rather keep my money to purchase Fivestar’s products
