B-2 repros

Are there any other makers of B-2 cap repros besides Eastman and Flightjacket.com? I like Eastman's product-- with the russet horsehide trim and AAF logo-- but their largest size is just slightly too small and they don't do custom orders. Flightjacket.com does custom orders, but I don't know how accurate they are. Anyone know?
