B-15A with odd white label. Thoughts ?

This is an original B-15A, not a postwar copy, but what's going on with the label ? I've never seen anything like that. WW2 surplus sold off and re-labelled maybe ? Very interested in any opinions. Note the lack of AAF roundel.

That jacket is tough to read. The collar looks a little off. The offset zipper and zipper itself as well as the alpaca lining look correct. The waist knit looks ok, but the wrist knits are too long. Maybe replaced. I would say a refurbished original, that has been retagged and sold to the civilian market as you had suggested.
