Hello Gents,
I own a pair of alden's for some time now but they look really scuffed.
I would like the stitches like they are now=white. I've tried oil but the scuffs appear again after a while. Any suggestions ?
Thanks

Hans

if you apply the polish with your finger and a duster avoiding the stitches, or use neutral (clear) kiwi with a new brush that should be ok.

Gone, but not forgotten.
For boots I use a neutral, fine paste beeswax polish, or RM Williams cream conditioner ... both dry back to the original colour, and don't stain the stitching.
