Never seen an A-2 described as an AII before. However, due to this mistake maybe a decent end price is in order? Not a bad looking jacket though, condition looks quite good.

Good price for this jacket. Pre war version as well. Too small for me though.

I think your right, he got two jackets which were nice originals but had been recently painted. Luckily he managed to remove the stuff.
