I saw a 1974 Wilker B15 jacket that seems to be issued, but i can't find anything from this with google.
Was it an USAF suplier ?

The "expandable wrists and waist" rings a bell.

Ah, there you go: the tag is a copy of the tag of the US Army's summer flyer's jacket.
Maybe the winter version has been issued with similar white tags as well, but not on the ones I have here at hand in our hall.

The B-15 as seen above can't possibly be USAF issue.
The DSA suggests 1974, every version of the B-15 by then had been obsolete for like 20 years or so.
Nice attempt, but fictional.
