Hi there .
It's a funny thing I just noticed after researching different types of ww2 jackets we like and know so good. I just noticed if you search for original A2 jackets they mostly have a well preserved shell and a shattered torn liner, but if you search for original navy deck jackets the opposite is the case; a totally faded beaten and worn out shell with a pristine liner.
Yes I know these two jacket types are made from totally different material and made for totally different purpose. As I said I just noticed and have to smile about it every time I research them.
