A11 24 Hour Watch

A friend of mine has an A11 watch that the dial reads 1 thru 24. I've never seen one before, was wondering if any of you guys have.
He has two of them and would sell one of them. He wants $325 for it.
Are these 24 hr. watches worth that sort of money?

I've seen these over the years and I think it should have a 647 movement which according to some Elgin records I have puts it in the 1951 range but all the one I have seen come in 1945 cases.I should also say I have never seen one in any thing but a Star made 3 pieced case.

Yes, that's what it looks like. But I don't know anything about the movements or the type of case.

I have the 1945 technical manual on watches and it doesn't show anything with a true 24-hour movement. I suspect it's postwar.
