This time it’s about another LW Foster 7823(AER). The label also mentions amendment #2, and it has the silver/white USN stencelling in the middle of the collar. Couldn’t find anything about the version of this contract. What would be the year(s) it was produced, and what would be the difference...

Hi Silver Surfer, that crossed my mind as well. Not sure if his rank/position made him entiteled to be issued one. If it were a privately bought jacket could he have worn it at the base? The jacket has his name,rank/job and USN in the inside pocket. Would think he would do that so he wouldn’t...
