Well spotted. The jacket does look like a 50 Cal, not the ELC Great Escape. Tarantino is not the sort of person who like to be told especially what he should wear so I doubt he hire a stylist. Its most likely he is a McQueen fan, visited a ELC stockist, tried a few jackets and got them to handle...

I'm guessing Tarantino has just pissed off legions of Bruce Lee fans around the world particularly in China for his negative portrayal of the legendary star in his latest movie. There is much Eastman still depends on in East Asia so it might not be good marketing to have the movie director on...

Do you have images or one like it with the hide? I've seen ELC jackets with different amount of grains some HH even have close to goatskin like grains. I guess you take your chance unless you specifically request for grains.
