Looks like the leather has character. This has been a sticking point for me. I haven't seen their leathers in-person, but a lot have seemed in photos to be characterless/plasticky. Yours looks very nice...

Aero 18775. Comparing this to my GW 18775, I prefer the GW. The Aero leather has a nice shade but lacks character, and I prefer the trimmer sleeves on the GW...see #24662 a couple of pages back.

Not sure. Horsehide, I know. I think one of the first of this line from GW. I bought it from Brian (Saucerfiend) way back. Maybe he'll chime in...

I'm 6'1". I've owned 5 different A2 jackets. I'm bigger than you, I take a 46 or 48" chest. My jackets have ranged from 25" to 28" in the back. The best fit for me is in my two GW jackets, each of which is 26.5" in the back. 25" is too short and 28" too long, in my opinion. Sleeves of 26.5" on...
