Today when I recieved it I replaced the band. I had an original WWII OD green band, which they normally came with. What do ya think? It keeps perfect time!

Well I finished the Jacket today. All hand painted by me. It is an A-2 horside by Cockpit USA. The patch is hanpainted on leather, the shoulder patch is on blue felt Bullion, Bullion wings and captain bars. I have the Capri bell 1945, and the RAF whistle. :D No the jacket dont feel like...
Any one have a pic of the Cockpit USA WWII Government Issue A-2 Horse hide Jacket Z2107H? Inside and Out? Also on the shoulder what patch should I use the 8th or the AAF regular?
Thanks, for the wonderfull and helpfull info. I was thinking of placing the 91st group patch on the left side or Painting the name "The Ragged Irrigulars" with 25 bombs under the name as to depict the bomb missions she flew. But both patches are so purdy! Most likely I will keep true to the norm...
