I'm enjoying this thread with the different views and all. I haven’t been here in a while. The only one familiar is Scott (ButteMT61). I remember him from that other place that has a lounge and you have to remove your fedora before going in! :D

Regardless of whether there was only one A2 or a hundred.... it was the spirit of these “cowboys of the sky” that first captivated my interest. The leather jacket cemented that feeling forever. ;)

I like the Dubow because it has just enough trim & still be comfortable to wear. The RW appears to have a more pronounced trim & I feel I would be limited to what I could wear underneath that jacket. Just my 2¢ !

I took this picture from the TV screen. It’s not the best shot. But I didn’t notice any back seams on their jackets. Perhaps you are referring to another type of back seam. And If they are not real A-2s as you say, they sure look nice nevertheless.
