Just to mention I bought a new ELC Dubow last week. Contrary to the ELC Star and Roughwear A2's I tried on at the 2018/19 pop-up shops in London this Dubow has plenty of room at the sleeve end/cuff for my hands to move through. Not sure this is a move recently made across their different models...

Well if people aren't buying enough jackets in-store maybe not, if they get 5 people in a week maybe it's not worth it. I'm not surprised by the anger on this thread so much as confused, a lot of conclusions being jumped to.

My main point is I doubt it’s pretentiousness, more not paying to staff a quiet store. That’s my immediate assumption anyway.

What about Rokit, Covent Garden? Real McCoy, American Classics etc aren't really vintage shops. I've bought good stuff from Rokit, nice condition M65s on occasion some lovely 80s choch-chip jackets, that kind of thing.
