Aero Leather is only a Business...

I totally agree with Sir Aussie. A company nor an entepreneur should not be in a position of an insurance company. In real world there always is a risk.

The thing that stands out to me about this (apart from what others have said), is that this guy has apparently cancelled 3 out of 6 orders that he’s placed. If this was the first cancellation of an otherwise reliable customer, I’d be a bit more sympathetic, but 3 cancellations suggests a person in the habit of making big purchases that leave them almost “in the red,” and then cancelling as soon as the first unexpected expense arises. I don’t blame Ken for saying enough is enough.

agreed. comes across as a trouble maker and not a reliable customer. strike 3 yer out! I wouldn't put up with that guy either. sorry to put in my two cents but sounds like he's trying to pass on his problems onto someone else then bad mouth them publicly if they don't feel sympathetic. ever hear of the story about the boy who cried wolf?

I come here to put an end to this story that I should not have started. as I explained in my initial post, following this accident I found myself in a financial situation more than delicate. I apologize to Ken and the whole Aero team. they did their best to help me as much as possible. Aero is a reference and did not deserve to be thrown into the arena. the fault does not belong to them. I hope that the members of this forum will not hold me rigor and will be able to pass the sponge. sorry

We will be able to pass the sponge, no worries!

This was actually a good ending to this thread.

It's never easy to stand up in front of a lot of people (and even to do it virtually) and admit that you made a mistake and one for which you are sorry.

You could have done what I've seen a lot of people on a forum do and slink off or delete their offending post but you had the guts to admit you made a mistake and you'll find people will respect you for doing that.

Nicely said.
