WW 2 Navy Aviator Commander White Uniform, Wings & 30" wings

What do you guys think? The uniform is definitely WWII. The ribbon seems weird though.
I realized only after the auction ended that it also includes a 30" wooden Navy wings. I don't know what I will do with this as it is quite big.

The ribbons have been made up and added. They look to be from the late 1950's to 1970's maybe newer....not WW II.

Plus, A Commander would never have a Distinguished Service Medal, much less two. Also, a guy with two purple hearts that was an Naval Aviator would very likely have had an Air Medal and maybe a Distinguished Flying Cross. There are also no battle stars on his Asiatic Campaign Medal.
