Who's that girl ?

Here a picture of the back of one of my jackets :

Here is a picture of another jacket (not mine unfortunately...)

Here is a picture of a nose art painted on the nose of a B-26 :

As you can see the girl painted is close to being the same each time.

Is she a Vargas girl ? Is she well know in the american life of this period ?
Any idea is welcomed. :roll:
