This recent Ebay offering appeared unremarkable except for the oddball manufacturer. Have any of you heard of this contract?

It's listed in Full Gear, along with the only other 'G' Spec. contract (DSA-100-1100 ALPHA INDUSTRIES. INC.)

Fiscal year 1965.

Thanks for the speedy response! This must be one of the rarer L-2Bs, along with the L.W. Foster and Martin Lane variants. I assume the G specification eliminates the cross flap at the waist?

Yes ... the preceding Alpha contract is the last 'F' Spec. and Full Gear notes: ver.3 22 April 1965. Version 3 loses the epaulettes.

The Marshall is ver.4 ... without the flap.
