I once had several links to U.S. sites that carried vintage leather...and HH jackets. One that exclusively carried vintage leather categorized by different time periods..1930's..'40s...'50s..etc. The only "new" jackets they sold were British high end motorcycle jackets. Trouble was their vintage prices were always high retail(although often a nice selection with photos). Can't remember the name of the place.....plus these sites are "unavailable" through the old links. I'm assuming they went out of business.
Ebay seems to be one of the few places left....
