Thermo-adhesive patch on a nylon L2 jacket

Is it possible to put Thermo-adhesive patch on a nylon L2 Bronson jacket.
What are your experiences in this area.

If by thermo- adhesive you’re talking about an iron on patch ? I’m guessing that the heat temp of the iron and the amount of heat required to make the patch adhere to the jacket would have to be at a very low setting so as not to Scorch or burn the nylon. Seems like it might be a problem .

RTWB and Gizemo claimed, they use NyLon-66 fabric On their nylon jacket.
Bronson never did, you may assume ,that fabric is easier to melt or burn.
