Hell yeah that would be cool!
However, maybe inappropriate. Chiefs usually wear the current issue specification of jacket and clothing. Supporting the troops and all that, which is a good thing IMO.
But why can't they make a modern issue A-2 with scalloped pockets? They always have to have those ugly rounded pockets.
