Post your mint original A-2's here

I can't say that I never liked the idea of owning an original, but most if not all I have seen on the bay were in not wearable condition. And I am not talking only torn or ripped off, but also discoloured so much that if you wear one of those can pass for a homeless guy.
Also, some of those jakcets have taken so much abuse that I can assume they have lost their original shape.

I know we have hard core collectors here that if they put their stuff together can open a museum.

I don't ask for that much, but please, if you feel like sharing some photos of your mint A-2 please post here.

Yes I know
I thought if someone wants other jackets to have separate thread so not to mix it all up.
However, if you don't care and want to post all kinds of jackets in here, feel free.

I agree this thread should be in the vintage section. There I posted at various times pictures of near mint A2s (Rough Wear, Perry for example) and Irvins. So if you search vintage the pics are there. BTW I have a near mint Spiewak stuck in UK customs which I will post on the forum when it arrives. It only lacks the original label which fortunately I can sort out with a near mint original Spiewak label. The current UK postal strike is holding up 30 million items of post at the moment!

Here are some jackets in near mint or lightly worn condition to give an idea of how they might have looked when issued.

Andrew,
Great lot of jackets. Don't have anything close to that. Love that Roughwear as it is the same model BR uses in their Bronco hide repro. Fantastic group.

Thanks George. The B-3 was sold sometime back as it was a little small for me. Had it been a 42 it would still be in my collection. All the others are in my current collection and they do get light wear from time to time. The Rw is an amazing jacket and has yet to be worn outside the house. Perhaps I will wear it to next year's Flying Legends...... :)
