Positioning of Dubow size label

I've seen much discussion about the placement of the size tags on Dubows (i.e. embroidered within the large tag or suspended below).

I've never seen the latter, but I note this one on EBay now:

Ian the very larger 27798 contract was the only Dubow label with the size incorporated in it. Here are examples of labels from the previous two contracts.

Just had a trawl through google and came across this from the 23373 contract:

This label was most likely made from fairly early in the contract when the USAAC became the USAAF. The one peice label was the first label for the contract and is very very rare. Also a some of the early jacjets in the contract still retained the collar stand. The RW 23380 contract which was issued at the same time as this Dubow contract also has an additional piece added with "property Air Force, US Army" added at the bottom of the label.
