Typical underhand work from PP/eBay again. This will apply to those of us who transfer money when buying from each other outside of eBay such as in the buy/sell section here.

What are our other options? Unfortunately it's still the easiest way to sent money around. Doesn't mean they are not a bunch of shysters though.

So with the recession they need all the money they can get! They sting both the buyer and the seller if the transaction is outside Ebay.
