Obtaining New Talon Zippers

I know that the Talon Zipper Company is still in business. I was curious if anyone knows how the quality is on the Talon zippers currently being produced.

Do they produce the same style as used on original A-2's? Are they available in dull brass?

I think Ideal makes Talons now. Their website is pretty limited, I couldn't find much of interest on there. I saw a new vintage A-2ish style zip on ebay, but it was in shiny brass color not silver. I think that auction has ended already.

Here is a page from the 2007 Talon catalog. This is an example of their "Vintage" line, I believe. There seems to be limited information available regarding their 2008 line......at least what I have found so far.

They don't make them any more.
But I hear they will make anything you like as long as you order 100,000 pieces.
