It certainly is. I never really liked any of the 487th patches that I'd seen for sale. Then the chance came for this one and I knew I had to get one for it.
Thanks for the comments about the grain. That's down to constantly breaking it in by hand when I first got it, constant wearing and numerous applications of every kind of dressing until settling on Pecards after hearing about it on here. I shaped the collar a bit too as it sat a bit flat for my liking but I'm happy with it now.
