I saw this jacket in early auction, condition is so so. But it is wort this money, not really bargain.

When it arrives I will post some better pictures so people can make up their own mind on whether it is a bargain or not.

A bargain if it had sold at listing price but not worth the selling price in that condition IMO but let's see what it turns out like.

It's interesting how little naval jackets sell for compared with A2s. The reasons have been discussed elsewhere on the forum. This AN 6552 by Monarch is a relatively rare contract. The zip pull and missing button can easily be sorted out. IMO it is a good deal and only its arrival will confirm this view.

Naval jackets in mint condition cost a lot of money, but not in this condition.
It is hard to sell this one for more than 300. You have to clean, replace collar , probably cuffs, this all makes the price over 300. And most buyers do not like restored jackets but they do not like not restored as well. It is a nice one if you want to keep it for collection. But it is not really a bargain.
